Call 911 for any crime in progress, fire, or medical emergency. If you cannot speak, text 911 works in Darke County.

Records, programs, and requests
- Copy of a report
- Submit a public records request at the village office. Some reports require redaction before release.
- Vacation house checks
- Let the department know when you will be away and officers will check your property on patrol.
- Child safety seat questions
- Officers can direct you to certified inspection stations in Darke County.
- Drug take-back
- Unused medications may be dropped at the collection box during office hours.

- Traffic concerns
- Report recurring speeding or sight-line problems so patrols can be adjusted.
The police department shares the municipal building at 309 W South Street, Arcanum, OH 45304. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; officers are on duty outside those hours.
